Here is the ‘small print’ or legal requirements and details:

· The standard booking fee for wedding photography is £195.00. This will be required at the time of booking. with the balance due no later than 14 days before the event.

· · Each wedding is different and the amount of photographs taken on the day cannot be guaranteed. However, Russell Croucher will make every effort to secure a wide range of high quality photographs of your wedding throughout the day. Photographs will be taken against available backgrounds. Please note we can not move objects or undertake cosmetic duties on location.



· All photographs are subject to copyright. Copyright belongs to Russell Croucher. Unlawful copying of photographs will result in legal action.

· Russell Croucher has sole photographic rights for the purpose of sale or publication. All photographs may be entered into competitions, displayed or published, unless written confirmation to the contrary has been asked for.

· There is a limit to the number of photographs that can be placed in a single album.

· All albums must be paid for in full before release

· In the extremely unlikely event of total photographic failure, liabilities shall be limited to a refund of monies paid, and Russell Croucher shall not be liable for consequential loss, however caused. Any problems must be placed in writing within 21 days of the e ar.
